As we prepare to come together in Central America for REMOTE Immersion Antigua from May 19th to the 22nd, we want to invite all confirmed participants to consider some of the central ideas in the contemporary travel industry to be discussed in our Content Sessions at REMOTE Talks & Seeds.
Would you like to get up on stage and share some thoughts and solutions? Applications for REMOTE Seeds are now open, and we would love to hear how you could inspire our community on the path of sustainable travel and better business results.
Life is change, and so is REMOTE. For this next edition, we’re open to new formats for sharing trends and points of view. That means that the REMOTE Seeds sessions, held between afternoon activities and dinners, will have more dynamic conversations, with debates and panels that can feature more than one person on stage and interactions with the audience.
How will it work?
We are opening applications for REMOTE Seeds to participants registered for REMOTE Immersion Antigua as exhibitors or buyers. Anyone interested can either:
1. suggest an inspiring personal short story to be shared in around 12 minutes, as in previous editions
or
2. select one of the 3 pre-suggested subjects below to join a panel and discuss it collectively
These are our 3 central themes suggested for the Antigua Immersion. Would you like to contribute to discussing any of them?
- WORKING WITH THE COMMUNITY: Experiences with local hosts to promote natural and cultural heritage.
- ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: How can we in the travel industry work with AI to achieve better results?
- CLIMATE CHANGE: Initiatives from companies that sound effective against the effects of climate change.
Apply here by February 28th if you feel like you have interesting innovative contributions on any of these 3 topics — and if you have fluent English to jump up on the stage and make your point in a comprehensive way.
REMOTE Talks and Seeds is the moment in our boutique travel show when individuals and companies inspire different ways of thinking and positive changes in our small-scale independent travel industry to bear fruit in innovative, authentic ways.

We’ll announce the selected REMOTE Seeds participants and the themes of each speech, panel or debate in early March 2025.
Then our staff will contact all selected participants to have a brief preparation before the event.
