2020 has been a challenging year for us all, but difficulties come with opportunities – and our recent online actions have been essential in keeping our Community updated and connected with other members and the industry.

From March to July, we promoted 25 video conference sessions for different audiences and with different objectives, including training sessions for REMOTE Members, lectures, market intelligence sessions, updates on the current situation in ten Latin American countries and discussions on regional tourism.

All content sessions followed a pre-established script written by our team. In addition, we held previous calls in order to align with every speaker before the presentations, respecting the characteristics of each one while also seeking a certain standardization in the format – basically to achieve a better understanding of our audience and preserve the REMOTE spirit.

With the exception of those calls containing private information of some companies and brands, most of the conferences were recorded and shared with members of the REMOTE Community. Many of them, like the product trainings, are perennial and can be consulted whenever our selected Travel Leaders log in to our intranet.
